They invited Director Liao and 28 volunteers to make salted duck eggs, glutinous rice balls, and chi kak kueh. They made food by themselves to convey heart-warming care and used it as a food bank extra product to enrich the welfare of service households.
The Social Affairs Bureau explained that the Taichung City Food Bank currently operates three physical branches, 33 distribution stations, and 17 alliance stores. They regularly distribute supplies every month to assist vulnerable families with their short-term daily needs.
